Areca Nut Products

These bio-degradable and eco friendly disposable products are made from the frond of the Areca Nut Palm. The manufacturing process is very simple and it follows the following steps

• The Areca nut sheaths (Leaf) fallen from trees in the farms are collected.
• Once they arrive in factory the sheaths soaked in water for about half an hour. While in water it is brushed, cleaned and purified.
•  After the cleaning process it is taken out and kept separately for drying up.
•  The dried sheaths are inserted in heat pressing machine (Manual operated & Hydraulic operated) where relevant shape metal mould fixed and pressed on the sheath to get different shapes & sizes.
• These semi finished products are again kept separately to dry completely.
• The products are trimmed and again cleaned.
• The products undergo a final inspection and are packed in HDPE bags.
